(1) 15 ounce can chickpeas, drained (garbanzo beans)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil or rehydrated
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp paprika or chili power
2 tbsp water
1/4 tsp salt
Preparation:
1. Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth, adding more liquid if needed.
